The codebase is already cross-platform — Electron + React + TypeScript — and the macOS build scaffolding (electron-builder mac block, x64 + arm64 targets) is committed and waiting.

What's blocking a public Mac beta:

A signed + notarized .dmg (needs an Apple Developer ID)
A few native dependencies (Stream Deck HID, lighting serial) verified against the Castlabs Electron fork on arm64
Hardware testing across at least one Apple Silicon and one Intel rig
